About this board game

Koala Rescue Club is a puzzly roll-and-write game for 1–100 players that takes about 30 minutes. Each turn, a die roll determines which configuration of trees or koalas you can draw as you work to protect an endangered species.

The game offers two layers of decisions. First, draw trees in specific polyomino shapes to create habitats. Then, draw configurations of koalas on top of those trees and rehome them safely. Filling areas earns points, so every available space can become part of your larger rescue plan.

Completing rows and columns unlocks special bonus actions, while cascading bonuses provide extra actions to work with. Volunteers can change the shapes you are allowed to draw, giving you more flexibility when the die roll does not match your ideal plan.
