Landlord! is a card game for 2 to 6 players that takes about 10 minutes to play, combining apartment building, tenant placement, and rent collection.

Every card gives you two options. One side shows an apartment, while the other side features tenants, roofs, renovations, and special actions. Use the cards to build apartments, rent them to tenants, and collect rent as the game unfolds.

Tenant placement is central to the experience. Move wealthy tenants into your own apartments, while putting the deadbeats into your opponents’ apartments. The cards let you develop your buildings and decide how to use the available sides and actions.
