Last Night on Earth: Blood in the Forest

About this expansion

Last Night on Earth: Blood in the Forest is an expansion for 2–6 players with an approximate play time of 90 minutes, sending human heroes deeper into forested mountains as zombie hordes close in.

Designed for use with either Last Night on Earth: Timber Peak or the original Last Night on Earth board game, this expansion brings a dangerous new setting to the fight. The forests become a battleground where the heroes must fight their way forward while the zombie plague spreads.

Blood in the Forest adds new forest game boards, including four corner pieces and four straight pieces, along with a new double-sided forest center board featuring the Airfield. These boards expand the environments available for your Last Night on Earth scenarios.

• Two new zombie types: vicious feral zombies and menacing zombie behemoths
• Two new heroes: Sister Ophelia, a reformed nun, and Agent Carter, an FBI agent who knows more about the outbreak than he reveals
• New hero and zombie cards, counters, scenarios, and game mechanisms
• An expanded Experience system, building on the system introduced in Last Night on Earth: Timber Peak

The new enemies give the zombie side fresh ways to hunt down the heroes, while the additional characters bring new personalities and outbreak secrets to the struggle. With forest boards, new scenarios, and extra mechanisms to explore, each game can take the battle in a different direction.

Whether added to Timber Peak or the original game, Last Night on Earth: Blood in the Forest expands the series with a vivid woodland setting and a host of new content. As the survivors push farther into the mountains, the forests will run red.
