Legacy of Yu: Champion Promo Card is a 2023, one-player promo for a 60-minute game, adding three ways to increase the difficulty of Legacy of Yu.

The promo includes one Champion Barbarian Card and one Rules Card. After setting up the game, place the Champion Barbarian Card roughly in the middle of the Barbarian Draw Pile. This new barbarian requires 4 Workers of a single colour to be defeated.

You can also make the game more difficult by changing the starting conditions before play begins. These options let you adjust the challenge through the Townsfolk and Barbarian cards already used during setup.

• Add the Champion Barbarian Card roughly in the middle of the Barbarian Draw Pile. He requires 4 Workers of a single colour to be defeated.
• Destroy 2 Townsfolk Cards from the top of your Ready Pile before starting the game.
• Start the game with 5 Townsfolk Cards and 2 Barbarian Cards along the top of the Board.

Each option provides a distinct way to increase the difficulty, whether by introducing the Champion Barbarian, removing cards from the Ready Pile, or changing the cards placed along the top of the Board. Use the rules card to apply the selected setup change.
