About this board game

Llama Llama is a card game for 2–4 players that plays in about 15 minutes. Players pass cards and craft hands around different scoring conditions, creating a fast contest of deduction and card selection.

At the start of each round, the players secretly choose the scoring conditions they want to pursue. Because these choices remain hidden, every hand of cards carries information as well as scoring potential. You must decide which cards best support your own plan while trying to work out what everyone else is collecting.

The central challenge in Llama Llama is balancing your visible choices with your hidden objective. A card that seems useful to one player may point toward a particular scoring condition, giving opponents a clue about their intentions. At the same time, passing cards means the composition of your hand can change quickly, so each decision matters.
