Lost Temple

About this board game

Lost Temple is a jungle adventure game for 2–8 players, with play lasting about 40 minutes. Each player takes the role of an explorer seeking a mysterious lost temple in the dense jungles of Southeast Asia.

To win, you must cross the jungle and reach the temple on the last space of the track before your opponents. Along the way, you will ask for help from the indigenous people as you pursue the discovery of the Lost Temple.

The game uses a character selection rule similar to the one found in Citadels. Choosing among the available characters is an important part of the journey, as players attempt to outwit one another while advancing toward the final space.

Lost Temple includes nine different characters, each offering a distinct name and role within the expedition:

• Shaman
• Thief
• Seer
• Priest
• Elder
• Craftsman
• Scout
• Canoe
• Child

With its race across a jungle track and its character-selection system, the game challenges explorers to make the most of their choices while watching the progress of their rivals. The first player to reach the temple wins.

Whether played by a smaller group or with up to eight players, Lost Temple offers a focused race to a shared destination. Choose your character, take your chances in the jungle, seek assistance from the local people, and try to claim the discovery before anyone else.
