About this expansion

Mare Nostrum: Mythology Expansion is an expansion for 3–6 players that adds a mythic western frontier to the civilization-building game, with an approximate play time of 120 minutes.

The expansion introduces Atlantis as a sixth civilization, allowing another player to join the struggle for power across the Mediterranean and beyond. Its new map extends the basic board west of the Pillars of Hercules, adding the island of Atlantis along with the Iberian peninsula, Gaul, and North Africa.

Mythology brings new ways to shape your civilization’s rise. You can pray to ancient gods and call on legendary heroes or fearsome creatures to support your ambitions, while continuing to develop economic, cultural, and military power.
