Martinique is a board game for exactly two players, with an approximately 30-minute play time, centered on the search for a legendary pirate treasure hidden on the island of Martinique.

According to an ancient legend, pirates once attacked merchant vessels and confiscated their cargoes. They eventually carried the stolen jewels, objects, and coins to Martinique, where they buried the treasure. Many people have searched for the lost hoard, but no one has succeeded.

Now, you take the role of a pirate captain determined to change that history. Your ship reaches Martinique in the morning, and after dropping anchor, you set off toward the island in a rowboat with four of your most loyal pirates.

The search places you at the center of a classic pirate adventure, as you attempt to unravel the legend and locate the treasure before your rival does. Every discovery brings you closer to the hoard and the chance to earn a place among the great pirates and rulers of the seven seas.
