Marvel Champions: The Card Game – Age of Apocalypse is a 2024 campaign expansion for 1–4 players, with games lasting about 90 minutes. It brings the “mutant trilogy” of expansions to its conclusion with a world-spanning confrontation against Apocalypse.

The X-Men and X-Force return home after defeating Magneto, Mister Sinister, and Stryfe, expecting a well-deserved rest. Instead, they discover that Professor X is dead, the world lies in ruins, and a ruthless tyrant controls what remains of humanity.

This expansion adds two classic X-Men characters as playable heroes: Bishop and Magik. Each arrives with a pre-built deck, allowing you to begin playing with these heroes from the outset.

At the heart of Age of Apocalypse are five brand-new scenarios featuring the X-Men’s greatest and most powerful foe. Each scenario can be played individually, or connected as part of a larger campaign for a more continuous adventure.
