About this expansion

Dice Throne: Adventures – Unchained is a cooperative expansion for 1–4 players, with games lasting approximately 75 minutes. It adds a new boss, new minions, new loot cards, and new game modes to Dice Throne Adventures.

In Dice Throne Adventures, players use the heroes they already own in a new cooperative experience. Over a series of game nights, heroes travel from the Crimson Sands to the Mad King’s throne room, facing exploration, gold, treasure, upgrades, minions, and boss battles along the way.

Each session gives heroes the opportunity to gain permanent deck upgrades, but the Mad King remains a formidable opponent. He has not lost a single battle in a thousand years and is waiting for a real challenge. A shopkeeper named Rosella also joins this Dice Throne adventure.

Unchained expands the journey with content including:

• 1 boss player board and 40 boss cards
• 2 boss leaflets and 3 Witch key cards
• 1 scenario card and 3 one-shot maps
• 37 loot cards and 12 minion cards
• 1 one-shot loot table, 42 card sleeves, and a rule insert

Dice Throne: Adventures – Unchained is not standalone. It requires Dice Throne Adventures, as well as characters from Season 1, Season 2, Marvel, X-Men, Deadpool, or Outcast to play.
