About this board game

Medioevo Universale is a large-scale medieval game for 3–6 players, with sessions lasting around 300 minutes. Set during the 13th century, it places you at the head of one of the great kingdoms of an era shaped by political change, renewed science, and the decline of feudal power.

The Pope and the Empire, once dominant universal powers, are breaking apart, while cities revive and gain autonomy. Against this changing historical backdrop, you must guide your kingdom through a broad range of interconnected challenges, from military strategy and diplomacy to commerce, infrastructure, and scientific progress.

Build forts and fortifications, recruit armies and fleets, and bring war to your enemies. You can also conquer new lands, expand your trade, forge alliances, discover technologies, and repel barbarians along your frontiers.
