Mega Man Pixel Tactics: Mega Man Blue is a head-to-head tactical combat game for two players, with games lasting around 45 minutes. Each player uses an identical deck of 25 cards, then drafts a leader whose abilities shape the strategy and playability of the entire deck.

Players take turns placing cards and attacking as they battle to defeat the opposing leader. Every card can be activated in different ways depending on its position, giving units in the front rows offensive capabilities while cards in the back rows provide valuable support powers.

Cards can also be played as orders: powerful, single-use effects that may turn the tide of battle at a crucial moment. This flexible system makes positioning, timing, and leader selection central to every match.
