Mezo: Souls for Xibalba is a limited-quantity expansion for 1–4 players, with an approximately 120-minute play time, released in 2019. It requires Mezo to play.

Enter a time of blood, ritual, and war, where gods walk among the tribes and hunger for the devotion that gives them form. Though many gods may rise, only one will endure above all others.

Souls for Xibalba brings the unlocked stretch-goal content from the 2018 Kickstarter into one expansion. Its centerpiece is a trio of new massive god figures, each supplied with components and a unique strategy.
