About this board game

Mix It is a mix-and-match monster game for 2–6 players that takes about 15 minutes to play. Each player is trying to create a monster that exactly matches the one shown on a secret goal card.

Matching the right monster requires more than simply collecting parts. Your creation must have the same eyes, mouth, and legs as the monster on your goal card. But everyone is working in the same laboratory, where there is room to build only two monsters at a time.

That limited space creates constant chaos. Players never stop adding new parts and moving them from one monster to the other, changing the creatures on the table again and again. A part you need may be attached to one monster, then shifted to the other before you have a chance to claim it.
