About this board game

Moonshine Empire is a moonshine-themed strategy board game for 1–4 players, with games lasting about 90 minutes. In the gator-infested swamp, players compete to become the successor to Pappy, a legendary moonshiner preparing to retire.

Distill moonshine, move through the swamp, and deliver your product to Pappy’s tavern. Sell it to his customers to earn money, then use that money to bribe Pappy for gear at his auction. Every decision helps shape your route to victory, but danger is always nearby as police and gators creep around the tavern.

Players can earn points in several ways, allowing different strategies to develop during the competition. Explore the swamp, complete deliveries, and take on challenges while trying to build the strongest claim to Pappy’s empire.
