About this board game
Mysthea: The Fall is a cooperative territorial defense game for 2–5 players, with sessions lasting about 120 minutes.
A cataclysm has struck Mysthea, sending its five floating islands crashing down onto the lands of Icaion. In the aftermath, two civilizations meet for the first time—and immediately face a shared threat.
Frenzied creatures are advancing toward the City, drawn by the giant crystal within it. To withstand this danger, the civilizations must set aside their differences and cooperate in defense of their territory.
Mysthea: The Fall brings together the worlds of Mysthea and Icaion in a single cooperative experience. The game can be played by combining components from both games, making their meeting central to the way this title is played.
Its setting focuses on the consequences of the cataclysm: floating islands have fallen, the lands of Icaion have been changed by their arrival, and the first encounter between two civilizations takes place under immediate pressure. Players face the advance of creatures attracted to the crystal inside the City.
Released in 2020, Mysthea: The Fall is designed for groups of 2–5 players looking for a cooperative game built around a world in crisis. Its 120-minute play time gives players room to experience this territorial defense conflict as the people of Mysthea and Icaion work together against the approaching creatures.
