About this board game

Nanaki is a card game for 1–4 players that takes about 45 minutes, inviting you to build a village in Nanaki Valley and raise a mighty totem pole.

Feel the spirits of your ancestors as you collect resources and expand your settlement. Each turn, decide which card to build and which card to spend as a resource, creating an important choice from the cards in your hand.

You have two actions to spend on drawing two cards from the market or building. Construction uses cards from your hand together with resources from Lumbermills and Mines belonging to you or other players.

• Build your village: Construct cards using available resources and cards from your hand.
• Develop your settlement: Every building provides resources, victory points, special abilities, or a combination of these.
• Earn Divine Grace: Building the fourth card of one specific type grants a free building action.

Nanaki ends after the twelfth building is constructed in any player’s village. Once the final building is in place, compare victory points to determine the winner: the player with the most victory points wins.

With its hand management, resource decisions, building system, and changing access to Lumbermills and Mines, Nanaki offers a focused village-building experience for up to four players.
