About this board game
Napoléon 1815 is a two- to three-player campaign game lasting about 120 minutes, inviting players to rewrite the outcome of Waterloo as Napoleon, Wellington, or Blucher.
As Napoleon, you must make crucial decisions during the emperor’s final campaign. You might follow a version of his famous strategy of the central position, driving a wedge between the allied armies and attempting to destroy them one at a time. You can also pursue another course—or adapt when circumstances force your hand.
Time is vital. If Wellington’s and Blucher’s armies unite, Napoleon’s last throw of the dice is likely to end in defeat. The campaign challenges players to judge when to maneuver, when to deceive, and when to commit overwhelming strength.
- Play as Napoleon, Wellington, or Blucher.
- Experience a campaign designed for up to three players.
- Combine subtle bluff with the direct application of massive force.
- Explore a simple but historically faithful rules system.
The game is the third installment in The Conquerors, following Napoléon 1806 and Napoléon 1807. While it builds on the series’ established campaign system, Napoléon 1815 presents its own challenges and focuses on the decisions surrounding the Hundred Days and the Waterloo campaign.
Designed for experienced players and newcomers eager to understand how history is made, the game brings key aspects of Napoleonic campaigning to the table. Armies gather, cannon thunder, and every choice can help create a different ending to a familiar story.
