Norenberc: Bonus Townsmen is a 2010 expansion for Norenberc that adds eight additional townsmen for games with 2–5 players and an approximately 90-minute play time.

Originally available to early adopters at Essen 2010, this expansion offers a simple way to add new townsmen to the base game. Each bonus townsman has a red background, making the additional cards easy to distinguish from those included in the original game.

Before play begins, the eight bonus townsmen are shuffled into the starting deck. This happens before any townsmen are returned to the box, incorporating the expansion into the initial setup of Norenberc.

The set includes a varied group of roles:

• Two Bankers
• Two Jack-of-all-trades
• One Historian
• One Merchant
• One Haggler
• One Duchess

Because the cards are added to the starting deck before townsmen are removed, the bonus characters become part of the game’s opening selection. Their red backgrounds also provide a clear visual reminder that they belong to this special expansion.

Norenberc: Bonus Townsmen is a compact addition for players who want to include its eight extra townsmen in their Norenberc sessions. With two copies each of the Banker and Jack-of-all-trades, plus four additional named roles, the expansion is easy to identify, shuffle, and add to the base game.
