About this expansion

Oltréé: Undead & Alive is a cooperative narrative board game expansion for 2–4 players, with games lasting around 120 minutes. Set in a satrapy where death is disturbingly temporary, it challenges Rangers to confront walking corpses, ravenous scavengers, and minions of small dark gods.

Each scenario, known as a Chronicle, presents its own setting, atmosphere, plot, challenges, friends, and foes. As the adventure unfolds, players face difficult choices and must manage their actions carefully while working to fulfill their quest.

This expansion introduces three new Chronicles focused on the shadow forces of the undead. One is a short Chronicle and two are long Chronicles, providing 36 new cards for frightening adventures and chilling encounters.

• A 20-card “Death Abounds” Incident pack
• 15 Languor cards introducing a new thematic challenge
• 14 miscellaneous tokens

The new Languor mechanic represents a morbid melancholy that seizes hearts and souls. Rangers must contend with this oppressive threat alongside the undead forces, making every decision and encounter part of a tense cooperative struggle.
