About this board game

OrganATTACK! is a 15-minute card game for 2–6 players, released in 2016, where opponents use afflictions and tactical cards to remove one another’s organs.

Each player is dealt a set of organs and must protect them while targeting the organs held by other players. The game combines medically accurate terminology with deliberately immature potty humor, creating a contest focused on disease, bodily harm, and tactical timing.

Use immunity cards and other tactical cards to defend yourself, then play corresponding afflictions against your opponents. Possible attacks include giving a gallbladder gallstones, afflicting a thyroid with thyroiditis, or subjecting the bowels to the wrath of a day-old burrito from a back-alley food cart.

• Deal organs to each player.
• Use immunity, affliction, and other tactical cards.
• Protect your own organs while inflicting disease and bodily harm.
• Remove opposing organs with corresponding afflictions.

The goal is to keep at least one organ in play while removing every organ belonging to your opponents. As players lose organs, each attack and defensive card becomes part of the struggle to stay alive.

The last person with at least one organ remaining wins. With its mix of clinical language and outrageous bodily humor, OrganATTACK! may not be suitable for players who are sensitive about discussing medical conditions, including cards that reference serious conditions such as cancer.
