About this board game

Outback is a 2018 board game for 2–4 players that takes about 45 minutes, combining dice luck and tactics as players populate the outback.

The zoo animals are ready to leave their temporary home and return to their wildlife habitat. Kangaroos, koalas, platypuses, emus, and lizards are all packed into the Jeep, ready for the journey into the outback.

Players work to populate the outback and build many different populations. The game combines the unpredictable influence of dice with tactical decisions, giving players two important elements to consider as they develop their boards.
