Panda Royale: Expansion Set is a board game expansion for 2–10 players, with a play time of 30 minutes. Released in 2024, it adds three new panda clans to the game.

Each clan introduces a distinct way to improve your results and build on the pandas you have already recruited. Together, these additions offer new tools for drafting dice, strengthening color-based scoring, and earning a powerful late-game die.

• Panda Support Team: Seven additional d6 dice that give you the ability to re-roll under-performing dice when drafted.
• Wild Pandas: Seven dice that mimic the attributes of other pandas you have already recruited. Drafting one can help you increase the points earned by your purple pandas.
• Wise Sage Pandas: Earn a permanent pink d10 after acquiring at least six of the existing clans.

The Panda Support Team focuses on flexibility, letting you revisit dice that have not performed well. The Wild Pandas reward you for building around pandas already in your collection, with special potential for purple pandas.

The Wise Sage Pandas provide a major goal for broader recruitment. Once you have acquired at least six existing clans, the permanent pink d10 can score up to 90 points, reflecting the experience gained from many clans.
