Paper Tales: Ce qui forge les légendes

About this expansion

Paper Tales: Ce qui forge les légendes is the second expansion for Paper Tales, adding new content for 2–5 players with a play time of about 30 minutes.

This expansion introduces Legendary Artefacts, a new card type with nine cards to add to your games. These artefacts are exceptionally powerful and are not affected by aging or Kingdom size limitations, giving them a distinctive place among the expansion’s new options.

The legendary additions come with a significant cost. Although Legendary Artefacts offer major power, they are also very expensive to play, creating a clear contrast between their strength and the resources needed to bring them into play.

• 3 new buildings
• 14 new units
• 9 Legendary Artefact cards

Paper Tales: Ce qui forge les légendes expands the card pool with a focused set of buildings, units, and high-impact artefacts. Its new cards provide additional content while preserving the defining restrictions and costs described for these legendary additions.

The expansion can also be combined with the first Paper Tales expansion, Beyond the Gates. When used together, the expansions support games with 1, 6, or 7 players, adding flexibility to the player count beyond the standard 2–5-player range.

Released in 2022, this expansion is designed for players looking to add more variety and powerful, expensive card choices to their Paper Tales experience.
