Point Blank: V is for Victory is a tactical World War II squad card wargame for 1–4 players, with games lasting about 90 minutes. Set from the Allied landings in Normandy in June 1944 through October 1944, it pits American forces against German troops in situational combat scenarios.

Each scenario creates a distinct battlefield problem involving squads, leaders, support weapons, and individual armored fighting vehicles. Victory conditions vary by scenario: players may need to seize or defend objectives, destroy opposing units, or accomplish other specific goals.

The battlefield is an abstract map built from terrain cards. Units advance across changing terrain while players manage distance, line of sight, range, and defensive attributes. A separate terrain deck adds uncertainty to movement, while cards such as Recon help players manage the terrain they occupy.
