Power Grid: Fabled Expansion

About this expansion

Power Grid: Fabled Expansion is an expansion for 2–6 players with a playing time of approximately 120 minutes, offering new experiences for both the Power Grid and Power Grid deluxe base games.

Inspired by the Fable Game system introduced in Fabled Fruit, this expansion adds campaign-based challenges to the familiar Power Grid setting. It includes two presorted Fable Decks, each designed to guide players through a different campaign.

Campaigns take place on the maps of USA, Germany, Europe, or North America. Each campaign is played across three consecutive games, creating a structured sequence in which new conditions and rules are revealed over time.

During each game, players reveal Fabled Cards as their conditions are met. These cards add new rules to the gameplay, confronting the players with exciting challenges and changing the possibilities presented by the campaign.

Power Grid: Fabled Expansion is designed to extend the base game experience with a progressive format rather than a single standalone scenario. With two players, the special “Against the Trust” rules are in effect, providing the campaign with its designated two-player ruleset.
