About this expansion

Race! Formula 90: Expansion #1 – RF90 Series Championship is an expansion for 2–6 players that adds two new tracks to Race! Formula 90, with games lasting about 120 minutes. The expansion requires the original Race! Formula 90 board game to play.

The module includes a double-sided game board featuring Spa Francorchamps and Monaco. Each track has its own fully illustrated card set, adding 35 Spa cards and 36 Monaco cards to the racing experience.

Spa Francorchamps introduces Extreme Trajectories, a special set of rules designed to convey the feeling—and risk—of taking fast corners flat out. These rules reward driving over other elements of the race, bringing a distinct focus to how the car tackles the track.

Alongside the two new venues, RF90 Series Championship includes dedicated rules for racing in teams with other players or pairing with robots. It also adds Championship rules, giving the expansion a broader framework for races across the new content.
