Resident Evil Deck Building Game: Nightmare is an expansion for 1-4 players, with games lasting about 45 minutes. Released in 2011, it adds 150 cards and new content to the Resident Evil deck-building experience.

This expansion can only be played with either the first Resident Evil Deck Building Game or Resident Evil: Alliance. It builds on four existing modes of play: STORY, VS., MERCENARY, and OUTBREAK.

New cards bring familiar names and dangerous equipment into the game. Luis Sera, Sergei Vladimir, and Mine Thrower are among the additions, giving players fresh cards to discover across the existing modes.

However, the nightmare is only beginning when Infected Osmund Saddler makes his appearance. This new threat provides a standout feature for players expanding their Resident Evil deck-building collection.
