San Guo Sha: Kingdom Wars is a 30-minute game for 2–12 players, released in 2012, where each player chooses two heroes and fights to survive until the end.

This variant of the popular YOKA Games title expands the experience by giving every player a pair of heroes rather than a single character. Choosing two heroes means access to double the abilities, bringing extra chaos and excitement to every game.

Instead of using the sheriff-and-outlaw-style roles associated with the original San Guo Sha, Kingdom Wars focuses on the factions represented by the heroes. Players team up and form alliances against one another according to those faction identities, drawing directly from the world of Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
