Seven Sisters

About this board game

Seven Sisters is a hand-management and area-control Euro-style board game for 3–6 players, with games lasting about 75 minutes.

The King’s birthday ball has brought wealthy aristocrats together for a lavish celebration. Each has bet a parcel of land that they can win the most favor from the King’s seven daughters, making every attempt to influence the sisters—and undermine opponents—matter.

The sisters are named after the seven deadly sins: Wrath, Greed, Gluttony, Lust, Sloth, Pride, and Envy. Across four rounds, each player receives six cards and uses five of them to send servants to do the sisters’ bidding. Each card offers multiple ways to play, creating room for both strategic planning and tactical decisions.

• Gain rewards and actions tied to each sister’s name.

After the cards are played each round, the sisters grant their favor. The player who has influenced a sister the most receives a victory point along with that sister’s special reward or action. Greed, for example, rewards its favored player with gold. These benefits provide useful advantages and resources for later rounds.

Once all four rounds have been scored, a final scoring round takes place. Players total their victory points, including bonuses for gaining the favor of all seven sisters and for having the greatest quantity of unused gold, fruit, and servants.

In Seven Sisters, careful card use, competition for influence, and timely resource gains combine in a contest where every aristocrat is seeking favor at the royal ball.
