Sherlock Far West: La Mina Maldita is a mystery investigation game for 1–8 players, with a playing time of approximately 60 minutes. Set in Tornado Town, it challenges your team to discover whether someone is behind a series of accidents threatening the local mining operation.

Each case contains 32 clues. Players reveal the information one card at a time, choosing cards from their hands and placing them on the table so everyone can read or see them. Reading shared information aloud is recommended, helping the group connect details as the investigation develops.

Not every clue is useful. Playing an irrelevant card costs points at the end of the game, while other clues may be vital to resolving the mystery. You can share theories and discuss the cards in your hand, but you cannot show those cards to the other players. While holding them, you may only read aloud words in bold or text framed inside an image.

The investigation continues until all clue cards have been revealed or discarded. Then the team reviews the available information and works together to build a theory of what happened before opening the questionnaire.

During the final phase, players may freely discuss discarded cards and any information they remember from them.
