About this board game

Six-Sided Seas is a two-player push-your-luck and worker placement game that plays in about 20 minutes. Compete as rival pirates on dangerous waters where riches, glory, and powerful treasures await among the islands.

On your turn, roll dice from your supply to generate crew members for your ship. After each roll, decide whether to press your luck and roll again or stop before you exceed your limit and bust. If you stop without busting, assign your crew to stations aboard your ship.

Each station offers a different way to advance your pirate ambitions. Use your crew to deal damage to the opposing ship, explore islands, or search for gold. Every decision can bring you closer to victory, but pushing too far may leave your plans—and your crew—at risk.

Six-Sided Seas gives you several paths to becoming the most ruthless pirate on the water. Watch your opponent closely as you choose whether to focus on naval combat, exploration, or wealth.
