Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures Game – TIE Punisher Expansion Pack is a two-player expansion released in 2015, introducing a devastating Imperial starship built for explosive attacks.

The TIE Punisher is a beefier version of the TIE bomber. It builds on that starfighter’s design with shielding, a second bomb chute, and three additional ordnance pods, each equipped with a twin ion engine. The result is an Imperial craft with a slightly larger payload and a powerful presence on the battlefield.

This expansion includes a focused selection of cards and upgrades to help Imperial players develop their bombing skills:

• Options for equipping a system upgrade such as Advanced Sensors

The TIE Punisher’s innate boost action gives it an important way to adjust its position before delivering its payload. Careful movement can help you line up a bomb attack, threaten enemy fighters, and escape from danger after making your strike.

With Advanced Sensors, the TIE Punisher can boost into position and drop a bomb directly in front of an enemy fighter, then immediately perform its maneuver to fly away.
