About this expansion

Starcadia Quest: Showdown is a 2–4 player arena deathmatch expansion with an approximately 60-minute play time. It complements Starcadia Quest and can also be used with the Arcadia Quest series.

Instead of undertaking a quest against evil monsters, players face one another in full Player-versus-Player battles. Crews or Guilds draft and choose all-new Upgrade tokens before entering a tight, dangerous arena where sharp turns and narrow corridors create constant conflict.

The double-sided game board supports different player counts. One side is designed for 3–4 players, while the reverse provides a dedicated 2-player version. The arena also contains contested hotspots, including the only functioning Stimpack, Recharge Token, and two Computer Terminals.

Victory in Showdown does not come from collecting Victory Points. Instead, the first Crew to score three Kills is declared victorious, giving every confrontation a clear and aggressive objective.

  • Player-versus-Player deathmatches for 2–4 players
  • A double-sided board for 2-player or 3–4-player games
  • Draftable Upgrade tokens and contested arena resources
  • A three-Kill victory condition instead of Victory Points
  • 60 Hero cards and four battle-damaged Crew Dashboards

Through Hollow Deck technology, players can summon legendary Heroes from ancient Arcadia. The Crew Dashboards include slots for Pets and Mounts, and the 60 Hero cards expand the possibilities for battles across the arena.

Players who own a Starcadia Quest core box, or an Arcadia Quest core box from either the Classic or Inferno line, can join the Showdown. With its focused maps and direct victory condition, Starcadia Quest: Showdown brings a distinctly competitive battle mode to these series.
