Steampunk Rally: Complete Promo Pack 2020 is a collection of promo content for Steampunk Rally and Steampunk Rally Fusion, supporting games for 2–8 players. Released in 2021, this pack gathers previously released Steampunk Rally promo cards together with four new inventors for Steampunk Rally Fusion.

The set gives players a broad selection of inventor-themed additions across both games. Its contents include ten standees and sixteen cards in total, with the four new inventors distributed across two standard-sized cards.

The Steampunk Rally portion includes promo content for Rube Goldberg, Dr. Braun, Ignacy Lukasiewicz, Zhuge Liang & Lady Huang, Spoiler, Red Green, and Lizzie Magie. Spoiler is represented by two copies, adding to the card collection included in the pack.
