About this board game

Streets is a tile-laying city-building game for 1–5 players, with sessions lasting about 60 minutes. Released in 2021, it challenges investors to create attractive streets while turning carefully chosen properties into profitable opportunities.

The city is changing rapidly as artists, startup companies, families, celebrities, influencers, and tourists move in. Players build the city together by adding streets filled with businesses and homes, then compete to benefit from the environments created by every investor.

Each building has a simple valuation formula that earns money for its owner when the street is scored. The value of a property is affected by the other buildings on that street, making placement essential. A Microbrewery may thrive in one setting, while a Toy Store could be worth more in another.

As streets are completed, the people living in the city move toward buildings that interest them. Their presence can further increase the value of properties they visit, rewarding investors who anticipate where the crowds will go.
