Summit: The Board Game is a survival game for 1–6 players with play time of about 180 minutes, challenging you to ascend and descend a deadly mountain.

Its two-sided board and variable mechanisms support competitive, cooperative, and solo play. In competitive games, players race up and down the mountain while managing resources, building their path, overcoming obstacles, and trying to outlast their competition.

A unique karma system lets you actively help or hinder other climbers. You might share valuable food or oxygen for extra points, or accept a scoring penalty to cut an opponent’s rope and send them down the mountain. Your choices can influence both survival and end-game scoring.

Cooperative and solo games create a different kind of expedition. Players must work together to overcome the mountain, and the team only needs one member to survive the ascent and descent. That makes self-sacrifice a possible part of the plan, while the added Sherpa Track, Time of Day Track, and a new card deck increase the challenge. It is unlikely that everyone will return.
