Summoner Wars: The Filth – Second Summoner is a full faction deck for 2–4 players, with an approximately 60-minute play time. Released in 2016, it adds Little Meda to the Summoner Wars battle and requires a Summoner Wars Master Set or Starter Set to play.

Little Meda joins the conflict as the Filth’s Second Summoner, bringing her own collection of Champions, Commons, Walls, and Event Cards. The deck’s theme is introduced immediately by its unsettling title and its distinctive cast of mutant forces.

The set includes Nanny as a Champion and eight different one-card Mutations: Tusk Mutant, Drool Mutant, Amoeba Mutant, Bloodspray Mutant, Blade Mutant, Springy Mutant, Leech Mutant, and Gas-filled Mutant. These unusual additions give the deck a memorable identity within the Summoner Wars setting.
