Survive: Escape from Atlantis! – The Giant Squid Mini Expansion is an expansion for 2–4 players with a 60-minute play time, adding a hungry Giant Squid to the base game.

The Giant Squid brings a new threat to the desperate escape from Atlantis. Its long tentacles can reach into boats to attack people, but they can also stretch onto land, making opponents’ people there vulnerable too.

This mini-expansion also raises a dramatic question: which creature is mightier, the Whale or the Giant Squid? With both creatures in play, the sea monsters may attack one another—or turn their attention toward escaping people and their boats.

• Adds the Giant Squid as an additional creature.
• Allows attacks on people in boats and on land.
• Creates the possibility of battles between the Whale and Giant Squid.

The result is a fresh twist on the dangers already found in the island escape. Players must contend with a creature whose reach extends beyond the water, changing where danger can strike and making land no guaranteed refuge.

Released in 2011, Survive: Escape from Atlantis! – The Giant Squid Mini Expansion requires the base game Survive: Escape from Atlantis!. The Giant Squid pieces can be added to the base game using the rules included in this mini-expansion.
