About this board game

Sweet Spot is a tactical tennis card game for 1–4 players, with matches taking about 45 minutes. Players take on the roles of tennis pros in intense singles or doubles matches, battling through rallies with carefully timed card play.

The game uses three types of decks: Service, Return, and Tactic. Success depends on playing the right card in the right situation, while keeping a close eye on stamina. Push too hard without managing your energy, and you may find yourself breathless before the match is over.

Powerful Tactic cards can shift the balance of a rally. Bench helps a player regain more stamina between rallies, Crowd Cheering improves performance at critical moments, and Egg Shot sends the ball high into the sky, making its position difficult for the opponent to read when it comes down.

Sweet Spot adds further tension with a hidden card mechanism. Players must predict whether a ball carries spin and, if it does, whether it has topspin or underspin. With its combination of position, swing strength, stamina, character abilities, and uncertainty, Sweet Spot turns each rally into a tactical contest of timing and reads.
