About this board game

Switch & Signal is a cooperative, family-friendly train strategy game for 2–4 players, with games lasting about 45 minutes. Work together as a team of conductors to control trains, coordinate schedules, and transport goods efficiently across a growing rail network.

You begin with only a few trains on the tracks, making it relatively easy to guide them where they need to go. As more trains arrive, the challenge increases. Your team must pay attention to each route, check whether a signal is green, and set the switches correctly before a train moves in the wrong direction.

Trains travel at different speeds, so successful play depends on cooperation and careful planning. Every decision contributes to the flow of the network: send trains along suitable routes, coordinate their movements, and make sure goods reach their destinations on time. A missed switch or poorly planned schedule can disrupt your plans.
