Sylvion

About this board game

Sylvion is a tower-defense card game for 1–2 players, with games lasting about 30 minutes. The mad Fire Elemental lord is attacking the dream forest, and only your careful planning can keep the heart of Sylvion verdant.

Attacks arrive in waves down four rows. To defend the forest, build a deck through a unique drafting system, then play cards from your hand by paying with other cards in that hand.

Place fountains and trees in the rows to resist the advancing danger, or call on animals brave enough to help before they scurry away to safety. Animal cards can provide instant effects or manipulate the enemy decks, giving you tactical ways to respond to the incoming threat.

• Draft and build your deck before facing the attack.
• Defend four rows against waves of Fire Elementals.
• Use trees and fountains to protect the forest.
• Play animals for immediate effects or enemy-deck manipulation.

Sylvion offers an introductory style for learning the game as well as an advanced mode for greater complexity. It also includes two expansions and an appendix containing further challenges.

When every wave has ended, the forest must still be green. If the heart of Sylvion falls, the whole forest of the Oniverse will be destroyed.
