Tales & Games: Little Red Riding Hood is a 20-minute board game for 1–5 players, offering cooperative and competitive ways to help Little Red Riding Hood reach Grandma’s cottage before the wolf arrives.

In the first game mode, everyone works together. The players help Little Red Riding Hood reach Grandma’s house before the wolf can spot them, while the game manages the wolf’s progress.

The path begins with a card revealed from the Path card deck. The youngest player starts by flipping over the first card and counting its flowers. Face-down Gathering tokens are then placed on that card according to the number of flowers shown, creating the first card for Gathering. That player takes the first turn.

• Cooperative mode: Work together while the game manages the wolf.
• Wolf mode: One player becomes the wolf and chooses the Path cards.

In the second game mode, the wolf is controlled by a player rather than managed by the game. The wolf chooses the Path cards, while the other players take the roles of characters helping Little Red Riding Hood reach Grandma’s cottage before the wolf arrives.

With two distinct modes, Tales & Games: Little Red Riding Hood lets the group decide whether to face the wolf together or give one player control of the chase. Released in 2015, it brings the familiar fairy-tale race to the table in a compact format.
