About this board game

Tales of Evil is an adventure game for 1–6 players, designed for sessions of about 60 minutes, in which young investigators confront Demons and the Evil residing in the places they explore.

Players become members of Pizza & Investigation, a group of kids who venture into locations inhabited by the forces of evil. Known as Braves, the players take responsibility for the fate of their investigators and their friends as each adventure unfolds.

The investigators must complete their missions while trying to get out alive. To overcome the dangers they encounter, they need to draw on all their strength and ingenuity. Every explored place holds the threat of Evil, and each encounter with a Demon adds to the challenge facing the group.

What makes Tales of Evil stand out is the importance of player decisions. The adventure can end in many different ways, so the choices made by you and your friends help determine what happens to the young investigators.

Rather than simply observing a story, the Braves become its protagonists. In Tales of Evil, the responsibility for the group’s fate rests in the players’ hands, creating an adventure shaped by their decisions. First released in 2020, it invites groups of friends—or a solo player—to face the unknown together or alone.
