The Majority: Complete Edition is a political card game for 2–4 players that takes about 45 minutes to play. It combines The Majority and The Majority 2, two games previously available only in Japan, into one assembly of darkness.

In The Majority, players use cards from their hands to form political parties. Each card has its own strength and special ability, creating opportunities to build powerful factions while disrupting opposing plans. The strongest party does not automatically earn the most money: being the second most powerful party can be more rewarding, making every play and alliance matter.

With four players, the game is played as a 2-versus-2 team game. Partners must coordinate their card plays carefully, aiming to finish with the most and second-most powerful parties. With three players, it becomes a free-for-all in which everyone must compete independently for more money than their opponents.

• 3–4 players: Play in teams of two at four players, or compete individually at three.
• Faction building: Use card strengths and special abilities to shape political parties.
• Unusual rewards: The second-most powerful party may be more valuable than the strongest.

The Majority 2 is designed for two players. Here, the goal is to create more political factions with higher authorities than your opponent. The factions can include Witches, Demons, Dragons, Angels, and Reapers, whose powerful abilities may support your side or hinder the opposition.

Its distinctive drafting system uses a shared hand of cards, so both players must think carefully about which politicians to hire and when. Cards left behind may return as members of the opposition, giving every choice lasting consequences. Together, the two games in The Majority: Complete Edition offer competitive faction building across team, free-for-all, and head-to-head play.
