The Mariana Trench is a deep-sea submarine exploration game for 1–2 players, with each game taking approximately 20 minutes.

Players venture into the depths of the Mariana Trench to pursue scientific discovery. The goal is to collect the most research points by researching deep-sea creatures and the floor of the trench.

Gameplay unfolds through alternating turns. Each player continues their exploration until their submarines run out of oxygen, creating a clear limit to the expedition and its opportunity to gather research.
