The Perfect Wave is a strategic surfing card game for 2–4 players, with games lasting about 60 minutes. Compete to create the most impressive sequence of tricks across some of the world’s most iconic waves.

To build your wave, draft Wave cards and arrange them into a sequence. Earn points for creating runs and sets of numbers, then play Trick cards to show off your skills and claim scoring bonuses.

There is more to winning than simply designing a great wave. At the same time, you must paddle far enough out into the water to catch, surf, and score the wave you are creating. Every decision forces you to weigh one goal against the other.

The central challenge is a clever timing dilemma: the more time you spend creating your wave, the less you can paddle out. Yet the farther you paddle, the trickier it becomes to complete your wave.
