The Russian Campaign: Deluxe 5th Edition is a 1–2 player World War II wargame covering the Eastern Front, with games lasting approximately 360 minutes. This beautifully rendered edition preserves the classic design while incorporating decades of player experience, research, rules refinements, and clarifications.

Players manage large-scale operations through multiple impulse movement and combat, rail movement and conversion, sea movement, off-board movement, and encirclements. Headquarters and leaders support operations, while air power brings Stukas and Sturmoviks into the struggle. Reinforcements and replacements, sudden-death victory conditions, and national restrictions add further strategic considerations.

The Deluxe 5th Edition includes five scenarios covering different stages of the war, as well as a full 25-turn campaign running from May/June 1941 through May/June 1945. Scenarios include The Breaking Storm, Barbarossa, Fall Blau, Citadelle, and Bagration, offering focused engagements alongside the complete campaign experience.
