Thunderbolt: Deluxe Edition is a 1–2 player historical board game, released in 2026, covering the titanic 2nd Punic War between Rome and Carthage.

This expanded package also includes the first two volumes of The Ancient World series: Rise of the Roman Republic and Carthage. Each title receives exclusive rules and scenarios booklets, army and city display cards, and other dedicated displays, with the rules extensively revised in response to player feedback.

The included scenarios span centuries of conflict in the ancient Mediterranean. Play through the Mercenary War, Agathocles’ invasion of Carthage, the opening of the 1st Punic War, the full First Punic War, the Samnite Wars, the First Alexander Invasion, and Pyrrhus’ invasion of Italy.
