About this expansion

Thurn and Taxis: All Roads Lead to Rome is a two-part expansion for 2–4 players, with an approximate play time of 60 minutes. Released in 2008, it adds a new game board and two distinct ways to extend the Thurn and Taxis experience.

The first expansion, Audience, places the players in the roles of clerics attempting to arrive at the right time to be received in audience by the pope. Its focus is represented through audience tiles featuring five different clergymen in the four player colors.

The second expansion, Offices of Honor, gives the postal staff new ways to help. Through this addition, players can draw additional city cards, gain victory points, or even set a new house. Together, the two expansions add new possibilities without being presented as a single combined module only.

With its Roman destination, new audience theme, and additional office options, All Roads Lead to Rome expands the setting of Thurn and Taxis in two complementary directions. The added board, tiles, carriages, and victory point chips provide the physical elements for both Audience and Offices of Honor.
